What the platform is

Shakwa963 is an independent platform, not affiliated with any government, party or business. We publish citizen reports after reviewing their evidence, and give the places involved a right of reply. Nothing published here is a legal finding or an official decision.

Your responsibility as a reporter

• The information is true to your knowledge, and the evidence is real, taken by you or shared with the right to do so.
• Do not name or accuse individuals. A report is about a service or a place.
• No insults, incitement, political or sectarian content.
• Do not use the platform against a competitor or for blackmail. Malicious reports are rejected and the sender is blocked.

Permission to publish

By submitting, you allow us to publish the report and its evidence on the platform and our Telegram channel, after review and removal of personal details. We may edit the description to remove anything that breaks these terms, or decline to publish.

Right of reply

Every business or authority can respond to a published report and submit proof of a fix. Responses are reviewed before publishing, just like reports.

Corrections and removal

If you see an error in a published report, or you own the place and can show the information is wrong, use the response form on the report page. We review every request and correct or remove where needed.

Not for emergencies

Reports are not monitored around the clock. If a life is in danger, call the emergency services right away: ambulance 110, fire 113, police 112.

Limits

We do our best to verify, but we cannot guarantee every detail users provide, or that every problem will be fixed. We may update these terms, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
