    A report is marked solved after you, or an official body, confirm the fix.

When is a report solved?
Confirmed by the reporter

The reporter confirms from their private link that the problem is solved.

Confirmed by an official body

An official body, such as the municipality, health directorate or consumer protection, confirms the fix.

Verified by the Shakwa963 team

Our team accepts the proof of the fix, and if 14 days pass with no objection from the reporter, it is marked solved automatically.
