How it works
Shakwa963 is an independent platform working to improve services in Syria. Citizens report with evidence, and we review, publish and follow up until the problem is solved. Our goal is fixing things, not shaming people.
When do we accept a report?
- There is clear evidence: a photo or video showing the problem itself.
- The place is identifiable: a name and an address or clear location.
- It is about a service or a place, not an attack on a person.
- It contains no insults, incitement or anyone’s personal details.
- It is not a duplicate of an existing report and does not look like a competitor’s smear.
- It happened within roughly the last 3 months, or is still ongoing.
Verified before publishing
No report is published until our team reviews it. We check for clear evidence, remove names and private details, and reject malicious or duplicate reports.
When is a report solved?
The business submits proof of the fix from the report page. The report is then marked solved in one of three ways, and we always show which one:
- 1Confirmed by the reporterThe reporter confirms from their private link that the problem is solved.
- 2Confirmed by an official bodyAn official body, such as the municipality, health directorate or consumer protection, confirms the fix.
- 3Verified by the Shakwa963 teamOur team accepts the proof of the fix, and if 14 days pass with no objection from the reporter, it is marked solved automatically.
For businesses and authorities
Every published report has a response button. Your reply appears next to the report, and fixing the problem turns it into a success story for you.
Privacy
We never publish who reported. Location data is removed from photos and video automatically, and contact details stay with the admins and are never shared with anyone.
